Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 108.systems ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, engage our audit and technical assessment services, or connect your Google account so we can access analytics data on your behalf. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and any details you include when you contact us or engage our audit and technical assessment services.

We may automatically collect limited technical data such as browser type, device information, and pages visited, used only to operate and improve the site.

How We Use Information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, communicate about engagements, and meet legal and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Google User Data

When you connect your Google account, we request read-only access to Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console data through Google OAuth. We access this data only after you explicitly grant permission, and only for the specific properties you authorize. We request the minimum scopes needed: read-only access to your Analytics reporting data and read-only access to your Search Console performance and coverage data.

We use the Google user data we access solely to perform the audits and technical assessments you engage us for — for example, analyzing traffic, search performance, indexing, and technical SEO signals, and preparing the findings and recommendations we deliver to you. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell or transfer it to third parties, and we do not use it to train machine learning or AI models.

We access Google user data through official Google APIs and do not store copies of your raw Google Analytics or Search Console data beyond what is needed to produce your audit deliverable. Any Google user data retained during an engagement is deleted within 90 days of the engagement ending, or sooner on request.

You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and you may request deletion of any Google user data we hold by emailing us at contact@108.systems. We will delete it promptly.

108.systems's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email), and where required by law or to protect our rights. These providers are bound to handle data confidentially.

Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page.
